Perfect. Simply amazing. And the ending was so...fitting. I like that you kept it simple.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. As I struggle through work today, after staying up all night to read your story, I will think fondly of why I'm sputtering and drooling over myself content to fondly remember a Snarky Snape and a needy Harry bumbling through a growing relationship based on each of their innate ability to stay alive. I loved how Snape gave Harry permission to not defeat Voldyshorts--in fact he gave him permission to run for his life. That showed true Slytherin love for his child. I found Draco and Remus ending up together to be highly ironic. . .two irrepressible 3 year old optimists. I thought the story was well balanced and kept the focus on where you wanted it: With Snape and Harry. Harry appreciating his father most because of his ability to survive in the face of all obsticacles (?) was hilarious. I hope you've written some more!
