Reviews For O Mine Enemy
*PANTS* Okay. That was hot. The highlight of the chapter was, for me, definitely the bit where Harry thought Snape looked, "not normal for Snape, but like a teacher who'd just found out his student had been raised in a cupboard." FOR GOD'S SAKE SEVERUS JUST HUG THE BOY ALREADY. And I adore the anticipation of future suffering! Oh the angst! Oh the potential for cuddles! Are we ever gonna get cuddles out of this story, woman? Author's Response: Hi! Thanks for the review! I love fellow author reviews! I'm glad you liked that bit and still had the urge to yell at Snape. ;) Cuddles? :) I love cuddles, I do. But I have to feel like they're ready for it, and I don't think they're quite ready for it. I'd probably get some hate mail if after all this, I suddenly, start of next chapter, had them both professing their undying devotion to each other...hehe. But I promise I'll keep your request in mind for the opportune moment(s)!
Can't wait for more keep up the good writing. Author's Response: Thank you for the review! Yes, Harry was in a screaming mood - can you blame him? I think I would be too, personally. ;) Re: other prophecy... You won't be waiting too much longer. :)
Author's Response: Thank you for the review! I'm glad you liked the ending. Next chapter next weekend, most likely. I would write faster if my boss would let me quit and still pay my bills for me...but alas! It is not meant to be... :(
i soo was not expecting that ending! i remembered the line from the dream, vaguely (i, being a very rabid reader, jumped in the chapter without brushing up on the dreams), but...O_o i should be working on my six or so projects (yes, and we've only had ONE week of school!) but you have sufficiently distracted me. feel proud! very proud! here, have some imaginary caramel! anyway, i liked snape's, "Why, Potter. You do dream of me, then? How…touching.” *snickers* i would write more, but i really really need to work on my six projects now. i'm sorry! but, before i leave, let me get this out there...if harry does not tell snape immediately about the whole snitch being true thing, i will yell at him. and if snape does not believe him, the sentiment will be turned to him. cheerios, and toodleoo! wish me luck with the attack of the rampaging paper cuts! Author's Response: :) Yes, the dreams are fresh in my mind because I wrote them, so I had to remember that not everyone else will remember them as well. I hope it wasn't confusing! Oh, I am sooo proud to have distracted you! Yay! My mission is accomplished! Ooh, I'll do my best to spare them both from their yelling, but seeing as how they're both such prideful, stubborn individuals, I can't guarantee you won't EVER want to beat them over the head, understand... Thanks for reviewing again! Oh, and good luck with the attack of the rampaging paper cuts!
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I'm glad you liked it!
You did a nice job with Harry's angry rant. I loved the part where Harry felt sort of trapped between Dumbledore and Snape...but found himself leaning more towards Snape. This story is just so great! I can't wait for more :) Author's Response: Thank you, thank you! It really was a pretty serious chapter, so I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. Yes, poor Harry! What's a boy to do?
First of all, I just wanted to thank you for giving us readers something so nice to read! I especially love how you've kept Snape and Harry in character (and the Q&A amuses me to no end) - bravo!!! *thumbs up* Anyway, I look forward to your next chapter - please update soon! Author's Response: Wow, a whole day? Aw, I'm flattered - thank you!
Can't wait for when Dumbledore arrives! I love how the Occlumency book is so boring that Harry is rereading the same paragraph over and over again, that is how I sometimes feel about my homework.. Author's Response: hehe, it'll be alright! I promise! I try to give occasional breaks from cliffies, but sometimes I do get in the mood... ;) Thanks for the review!
Author's Response: Thank you for the review! I'm so glad you're enjoying the story!
I also adored the little quip about Snape being a Master of most things - except interpersonal relationships! LOL Author's Response: Hi again! :) Thank you for your kind comments. I like the Q&A game, too - it's a lot of fun to write, and I think at this point there's no way in H-E-double-broomsticks that they would confide these things to each other unless they were each getting something out of the deal. |
