Reviews For O Mine Enemy
Author's Response: Yum...mint. I think that's my first. Gosh, do you know I've gotten quite the sweet tooth ever since I started asking for candies and actually got them in return? ;) Thank you for the review!
Author's Response: Aw! Did you call me excellent and annoying in the same review? At least you said the excellent one first to soften me up! LOL! :) I have potentially a lot to get into the next chapter, so it may be one of my longest yet. Which is excellent for you because you get a long chapter, but is annoying for you because it might take me a little longer to post. Anyway, I'll get to it now I know you're waiting on it!!! Thanks for the review!
Excellent job with this chapter and the whole story in general. I'm enjoying it so much and can't wait for the next update! Author's Response: I. Love. Your. Review. ;) It's so nice to hear all the specific things you liked! Yeah, I liked that he answered Harry's question, too. Hmm...the question: Will Snape teach Harry Occlumency? Well...Dumbledore essentially left the decision up to Snape, and Snape is still refusing, which is why Dumbledore is taking over. The only way our two favorite characters would join up for those infamous lessons again is if Snape changed his mind. So...will he? You know I can't answer that! ;)
Author's Response: Thank you so much for the review! I hope you continue reading and enjoying!
hahah! GREAT line! I LOVE that Harry is curious about how snape learned Occlumency. I LOVE how he's doing that question thing with him again. XD So fun! And I LOVE that Snape's mother was an Occlumens and he learned it when he was young. When people learn stuff like that, they tend to think it easy, and think everyone else should know it already too. That's the perfect explanation for how he treats Harry over it, and did in the books. :) Author's Response: Thank you for the review, Jan! I'm glad you liked that part about Snape's mother. The point you brought up about Snape learning it so young and therefore thinking Harry should just "get it" is right on! I don't think he ever really thought about that...but maybe he will...?
Mmm Caramel sounds good after reading the chapter end notes. Must find caramel... Author's Response: Hehe, glad I gave you a food craving. :) Thanks for the review!
wonderful chapter. Update again soon! Author's Response: I accept your chocolate...yum! Thanks for the review! Stay tuned. Coming up: lots of Snape & Harry interaction! :)
It's nice to see Snape beginning to mellow a little and how he has compassion for Harry although he can't bring himself to show it (except when Harry's pretty much out of it). I can't wait for them to grow closer but I know that it can't be rushed. There's a long history of mutual animosity between them and it's not easy to let that go. Still, they're taking small steps towards a better relationship, and that's great for both of them. I think they could really be a strength and comfort to one another, once they learn to get along. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. Author's Response: A new reader! I love those! :) Thank you for reading it all the way through. Good insight!
Author's Response: Yay! I hadn't realized your story had been updated! I read it at the beginning, but I haven't gotten alerts...hmm, I'll have to check my favorites. I could've sworn it was there... Anyway, I'll have to go catch up on your story when I get home (and yes, leave reviews, because I know how fun it is to get them). Thanks for liking my story! Yes, that Snape - when will he ever just get in touch with his touchy-feely side?! |
