Reviews For Connections
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm so glad that you are enjoying the story. I'm hoping to update sometime soon, but unfortunately a certain Potions Master is not making writing the next chapter very easy! If I can just get Snape to behave, things would be great. *goes looking for Minerva to get Sev back in line*
Author's Response: lol, hi, Jade. I am working on it, I promise. Life and the plot bunnies are both being a bit unhelpful. As soon as I get an idea, life gets in the way. Then when I have a moment, the bunnies are sulking from being ignored and don't want to play. But I will not abandon the story and an update will be posted as soon as I can. Thanks for wanting to read more. :) Fox
"It would reflect badly on me if I allowed any student, but particularly Gryffindor's Golden Boy, to become ill from being chilled. Even though the same student was foolish enough to sit outside, with no cloak, for hours, for no reason." The Potions Master gave Harry a stern look as he tucked the blanket around the child. *sigh of happiness* I like Harry's outburst in this chapter. It's good for him to say what's really on his mind, and also to find out that Snape really won't kill him. XD Not really, just assign him lines. I loved the caring side of Snape in this one, how he went out and found Harry outside, then warmed him up with a blanet and they talked. Really talked. Very good job on that. Normally we don't see good, long talks. Thanks so much for the update! I feel all fuzzy inside. XD Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much, Jan, for the long and lovely review. I'm so glad that you enjoyed the chapter. LOL, I like long chapters myself and I'm glad you do as well since I can't seem to write a truly short one. To me, Snape has always been willing to help and/or talk to a student that really sought information. And this is no different, even though he's not one hundred percent thrilled with the idea of the bond himself. Both Harry and Snape have a great deal of feelings to work through, but this was a big first step for both of them. Now if they can just keep progressing forward and not back. Fox
Author's Response: Thanks for the review and I'm glad that you are enjoying the story. More and more will be explained throughout the course of the story because Harry will have plenty more questions and both of them will be dealing with many emotions.
Author's Response: *blushes* Thank you so much for your kind words. I am glad that you are enjoying the way I percieve the characters and write them. It's an emotional story, but one that I am having fun writing.
Again, great chapter. You're a very talented writer :) Author's Response: Aw, thank you so very much, Jade. I'm delighted that you are enjoying the story. And yes, both Harry and Snape are rather torn about how they want to handle things, with part of them wanting to give in and have the comfort and love that neither of them has ever truly experienced before, while another part of them is fighting against it. Wonder what it will take to finally get them to a point of true understanding of each other? Stay tuned for future chapters to find out. :) Thanks again for reading and giving such lovely feedback.
