Wow this was incredibly good. Not usually the sort of story I like, but I did like this. Very good.
Sometimes death is a kind thing, I suppose. Severus did the right thing, what was right for Harry.
Absolutely fabulously written.
Heart-wrenchingly awesome. I always thought it was stupid how most of the post-War stories made out like everyone just bounced back immediately after everything that happened.
It's always struck me as odd that most writers seem to think wizards are immune to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, like they're not really quite human or something.
Thanks for being one of the few to actually insert a little of the realism of the effects war has on soldiers, and for illustrating that wizards are in fact human, and can be broken.
So so so beautiful! I love it! I especially like the memory part at the memorial. The undercase was so perfect for that part. I also adore the ending. Again, perfect!
I can certainly see why it's still your favorite!
