Tobias' identical interviews with Harry and Severus are acutely funny. As usual, he takes charge, though I thought them staying at the cottage instead of beating it the hell out of there was rather risky.
Eileen appears to be a very powerful witch.
Dumbledore is an extremely manipulative wizard.

I loved the beginning with the playful banter between the three Snapes. I'm thinking Tobias should accept this offer than get revenge on the Dursley's in his own way, perhaps with the help of Severus.

That morning scene at the table was priceless! I loved it. Then later when Harry sat on the end of Snape's bed, part of me was sure he was a gonner while the other part kept chanting "brother, brother, brother". Excellent chapter! And bringing Tobias in to teach is brilliant!
