Reviews For Brothers and Fathers
Hey, if you get a chance, not meaning to bother you or anything, and I know I shouldn't be putting this in a review, but if you could, would you go read my bio? I need some input on what I've posted there. Thanks sooooo much! Again, I love your story, I laughed so hard at the glitter thing, and the little moments between Sev and Harry are so sweet. I absolutely LOVED the part when Sev took him into the pensieve. Yelling at the Death Eaters and Voldemort was a really good thing. Thanks so much for posting your stories, and I can't wait for the next chapter on the sequel! -Your #1 Fan, Elise. Author's Response: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Your right I check my mail as frequently as possible. I honestly don't know how people survived before the internet. I just finished reading your bio and I've sent you a message through potionsandsnitches. I'm honored that you enjoy my story so much. The glitter thing was one of my favorites as well. My next chapter will be up as soon as possible. Thanks for the review! DaughterOfAres
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. The first few chapters of the sequel are up as well if you're interested. Thanks for the review!
I was so upset near the end of chapter 16. *wipes eyes* I felt so bad for poor little Severus, all he wanted was for his mommy to love him. I actually cried, I usually can hold myself back so that my tears stay in my eyes when I read something really sad and heart-breaking, but that just made the tears flow. Poor little Severus! *sob* Someone hug the poor little bugger! Eileen is a sad excuse of a mother, she doesn’t care about her kids at all. She is so heartless. When I first read you’re Eileen, I was very disappointed in her. I thought that she was a very irresponsible mother and that it was very sad that she left poor little Severus. As I read more about her, and she was introduced, I totally loathed her! Eileen is a skanky b***h, she totally doesn’t deserve any ones time or love. Serenity rules! She totally put Eileen in her place! It was really eerie when I read how Serenity and Severus met in you’re story though. I had made two different characters named Serenity a couple years ago, one girl was in a Fan-fic named Serenity that had met Severus, and the way they met sounds so alike its creepy! Yeah, I’m not going to give any more info away, because I’m planning on posting the story as soon as I find it. I need to clean my room darn it! hehe. The other girl was a character I created at an RPG site, whom was best friends with Lily at Hogwarts, whom secretly loved Severus. It really sucks that they closed the site. *pout* They closed it a little while after the fifth book came to stores, apparently the admin couldn’t keep up with the site and just deleted it. No one had any notice whatsoever, it sucked. I think Tobias is a harsh but far person. He is also funny, and very wise. He is a great father, I love how he cares deeply for his sons, it’s so sweet, yet he knows how to handle them so that they are terrified, it’s really funny. I’m so glad that Tobias finally ditched that woman. I love the Harry and Severus brother interaction, it’s cute and funny. That one scene where Severus hugged Harry, when he was feeling down and betrayed, was so sweet! Severus always tries to seem indifferent, but he really has such a beautiful soul. I thought the end was so cute and funny. Poor Harry! Hehe. Note: I think you did a good enough job on Voldemort, but next time you have issues with him, think of an evil, smarmy, sneaky arse. When you’re writing him, think of things in his point of view, how pissed he would be if something happened that would be very bad for him. Have the anger build, the evilness show, and keep his smugness when he thinks he is going to win. Hope that helps! Much love, Beth P.S. I’ll go check out the sequel now. Author's Response: Wow! Thanks for the awesome review! I'm really glad you like it! I have to say that the scene in chapter 16 was my beta's idea though I did all the writing. (I cried when I wrote it, but don't tell anyone:)) Eileen is actually my favorite character. I mean yes she's a b***h but she's a good character. Serenity...well, read the sequel. Have fun cleaning your room. Tobias is another of my favorite characters, but I find he's harder to write then Eileen. I laughed at when I wrote the scene when Severus hugged Harry. Thanks for the tips on Voldemort. I'll put them to good use. Thanks for the review, hope you enjoy the sequel just as much. DaughterOfAres.
I am looking forward to more. Author's Response: Glad you enjoyed it. The sequel is posted now as well. Eileen is one of my favorite characters, oddly enough, as horrible as she is she is fun to write. Thanks for reviewing. DaughterOfAres
Author's Response: WOW! I don't know what to say other then: Wow. Thank you, thank you so much. I'm thrilled that you like it so much. Thank you. I really don't know what to say other then that. There is a sequel now, that I hope you'll enjoy just as much. This is by far the best review I've ever recieved and I can't thank you enough. Just so you know my beta is going over the first few chapters so when she gets done with them I'll repost with less spelling errors and such. Thank you again!
Lucky for me there is already a sequal in progress! ^v^ *punches the air and wonders off to read the sequal fic* Author's Response: *pets head as tail wags* Glad you liked Tobias's actions and the how fic in general. I try to write unusual things. Then even if the fic isn't that great it's praised becasue its unusual. Though I must say yours is rather unusual as well, which is probably why it's one of my favorites. Enjoy the sequel, and thanks for the review!
other then that I really like your story so far!
