Reviews For The Guiltless
This needs to be written into a fic. The image of a horrified Voldie being unwillingly snogged to death is priceless.
This was beautiful... really wonderful. You got Snape down to be completely in character with him rough handling Harry at the beginning and thinking the worse of the boy-who-lived, until he is undeniable shown different. And even then he tries, as hard as possible, to find Harry at fault. Of course, he doesn't succeed. Harry was written brilliantly, too. Mortified that someone could find out. Terrified that it is Snape who did. Frightened of what would come of it. And hoping beyond belief that all could be forgotten, that Snape just wouldn't care and he could go back to living as he always has. Dumbledore was wonderful, too. Caring, angry, appalled that he did never suspect such abuse. But nevertheless calm and in control of the situation. You got him down terrifically. The whole story was logical, not too fast paced, but not too slow either, wonderfully emotionally written and a terrific read. Thanks a lot for this and, if you're really thinking about it, I'd very much like a sequel. I'm immediately going to take a look at your profile to find out if you've already started one. Thanks once again and keep writing and having fun playing with the characters, ai
Author's Response: You're kidding. I had no idea. Let me go change my entire story now that you've pointed out that I've deviated from the standard form.

I just read this fic again and noticed I haven't reviewed it yet. Horror! So here it is: my review. ;D This is one brilliant fic! I love your conflicted Severus and totally stunned (at least at first) Harry. Just so cool! ^^ The meeting with Dursley was something else, and Snape giving Harry that toy soldier was just... awwww. ; ) Wonderful work! Hugs, Dime |
