Honestly, where did you get the idea for this fic? I mean the subtly, the philosophy and psychology. I may be so baffled because I don't have all the pieces and you went into this mostly knowing what you're doing (I don't want to be presumptuous, but most authors aren't 100% sure of where their story is going). Anyway, I'm just baffled at the complexity and strangeness of it. Well done.

Snape did crack up first and Harry helped him. As miserable as Snape's childhood may have been, I'll bet he did not spend as much time as Harry did being locked up, being imprisoned.

I really like Sev's break down. Though I think Snape should point out more that Dumbledore is the reason Harry was at the Dursley's and the abuse is essentially Dumble's fault. Can't wait for the prophecy that Snape overheard to come out! Hope you have plenty of torture planned for Dumble from the two of them.
Wow! Excellent chapter! Snape going a bit mad in the end was a very nice twist! Keep up the excellent writing!

I've not reviewed before but this story is great! i especially like when Snape calls Harry 'Evans'. Love it!
Wonderful chapter. I loved this line: "He’d forgotten, held prisoner in this Room, that there is another side to him out in the real world. A less interesting side, probably. One that is mostly concerned with friends and Quidditch and homework and girls."
And then he goes and proves he isn't just an average schoolboy by how he deals with Snape. Lovely interaction, and all the rapproachment is so beautifully captured when Snape calls him "Evans."
Dude, that was...hilarious and heartbreaking. I can see canon Snape having a breakdown exactly like that in a situation like this. Well written.
