Wow! Just read all 24 chapters after finding this story last night. Really nice writing style and great story line. I love your Snape and Harry; both are in character. It's amazing how many stories ignore Snape's violent tendencies, so I'm glad to see you use that to show his weaknesses. So much to say that I hardly know where to begin. In short...I love it! Great job!

I really, REALLY wish that you would update this story more often. It is the only Harry and Snape fanfiction I am willing to read. It's simply gorgeous and raw and honest. You are the only author who has the ability and good sense to keep Snape in character. I refuse to read any other fanfiction. You have spoiled me with this work. No one can write Snape and Harry as beautifully as you. No one.
I find myself checking back for a new chapter several times a day and I always leave disappointed. I understand that life can get in the way of things, but I just wish your updates were more frequent. Hell, one chapter a month or even one chapter every two months... I wish.
Please do not abandon this. I am begging you.

THank you so much for updating! I already knew it takes you a while to get a new chapter up (which is fine!) but I waited so long for this and got a little terrified. Please never abandon this wonderful story! Snape and Harry's interaction is absolutely perfect! Somehow, you make them both likable characters that, while different from the book's versions, are very believable and not out of character at all. I have no suggestions - you're doing a fine job.
Wow, this is so deep...so many layers. I just love this story!
