What a cliff-hanger! This is a wonderfully written, fascinating interpretation of the relationship between Harry and Severus, and it all feels so very real... the psych.ological drama is very well done, and you just sucked me into the story... which is a mean feat as I normally can't stand present tense third person POV.
I can hardly wait to find out what happens next!

I love this story!!!! This is awesome!!
But I have a question. Snape said in an early chapter (Firewhisky neutralizes the effects of Veritaserum.”) I'm guessing his stiff drink was firewhiskey, does that mean that he's fooling Dumbledore? Please please please please update soon! I can't wait for more. Again great work.

By the way, I have spent the last 2-3 days (utilizing every moment of free time) reading through this wonderful story....I am absolutely enthralled, I must confess. It is so rare to find a story where Harry and Severus are close to each other and actually KEEP their personalities, their rather volatile tempers, and their thought processes. I am so thoroughly impressed.

I have read a ton of the stories on this site and a great many of them deal with a guardian/parental situations. i have to say that I really feel yours is one of the best. I appreciate the fact that Snape and Harry both go through normal feelings and thoughts for their backgrounds. (Plus I am not a super big Dumbledore fan so his portrayal here suits me quite well) Please update again soon.... I am utterly hooked!!!
