You know, Harry's symptoms look like cluster headaches. They are also called suicide headaches as they cause so much pain that the person wants to commit suicide. They feel like someone is shoving your eyeball in your skull and a hand is squeezing your brain, along with a hammer pounding on your head. These are not mildly taken, they are real and the pain is also real, It is one of the most painful physical ailments known to medical history, they hit randomly to the person effected.
Harry's symptoms match, and I guess the nightmare that Harry had was about Vernon raping him? He was properly traumatised and Vernon had never done anything like that.
