You'd think that as an adult, Snape would realize that this child is not the same kid that tormented him. Some people really know how to hold onto grudges.
Author's Response: LOL. You've got that right! Snape has held onto grudges since a young teen...hence the one scene with his permission slip. I was just trying to justify his behavior, because I feel the same way that an adult should know better. . .but sometimes everyone is a child at heart in the matters that are truly personal. Love, hate, etc. We don't always think as clearly as we ought to. Snape has that particular problem. :) In my opinion. Thank you for the review!! :)
