Reviews For Whelp
"He tended to rely heavily on that expression when he was unsure of something. Or frustrated. Or bored." It's nice to know that even Severus Snape can be unsure. Even though he's trying to hide it XD But we know better, Snapey! Oh, and btw, I've made it my personal mission to review every chapter of this story, because I've read it so many times on ff.net and enjoyed it so much that it's high time I give something back C:
I just really noticed this paragraph clearly, I didn't the first time: "He has just turned seven, Severus, yes." In truth, Severus knew exactly how old the Potter boy was, could calculate it down to the hour if need be. He'd had to, in the maddening months between his one short encounter with Lily and her subsequent whirlwind marriage to that idiot, James. But no matter how he counted or calculated, the numbers always came up the same. The whelp was James', not his. Hmmm.... :) Author's Response: Hmmm.... Hmmmm, indeed. :-) I meant for that part to be deliberate foreshadowing of one kind, and along with Dumbledore's vague-ish statement at the end of chapter 7, things could go either way. Thanks for reviewing! --Rachel
Dumbledore is such a slacker. Who exactly did he assign the job of watching Harry? Really, you'd think he'd at least be competent in delegating jobs he doesn't want to do himself.
