Will the Ferret incident be here too? I always thought Snape would have intervened for his godson/little snake.
Author's Response: Hmmm... I never thought of doing that! I might do a one shot sequel where I do some alternate scenes. Thanks for the review and idea!

i love snape and his perfect aplomb and poise and wonderfully wonderfulness!
wow, ditzy fangirl moment there. my apologies.
but seriously, i really like his perfectly snapish mannerisms, down to how he just summons the invisibility cloak, the click of his black boots, to the toss of the egg. you can just picture him carelessly *flinging* the egg towards Harry...
i'm really excited to read about the third task now!
Good chapter! I liked how Snape advised him to take a bath to get warm when obviously it was a hint to figure out the clue. Pretty creative.
