Just wondering, if Harry had gone long enough to die of starvation, how was he getting water?
Great story.
Why doesn't Severus save Harry right now? He can see that Harry can't fight.

In response to another reviewer...
No, slash most certainly does not usually imply rape. But the fact is that, in this story, there *is* rape and it *is* slash. jharad17 neither said nor implied that slash and rape are synonymous. She is merely making sure that people who are sensitive to either, or both, know what they're getting into.

As a fairly long-time fan of this story, just wanted to stop by and comment on the brilliance that is this story. This chapter is so incredibly sad and intense and upsetting—exactly what it should be, for what you're writing about. Amazing job.
Wow Interesting! The Title and Description made me want to read so onward!

Nice start to this story.
As a note, RAPE does NOT equal slash. Your warning, "Slash relationship mentioned: rape Harry Potter/adult" is misleading. Slash relationships are mostly loving, gay relationships between 2 male character, not assault and torture.
Great building on the Snape and Harry mentor relationship. Nice that getting over the rape takes time.
"kill him, or torture him, or do other freaky things"
EEEP!!!
Oh no, another one to add to my favorites....
I like the premise. The end of this chapter really had me on the edge of my seat.
