Ha, very ha, in the second last paragraph I think 'admit'is the keyword, right? He already likes Harry, just doesn't admit it. You write such cool humor. I am really happy that I stumbled across this story. Thank you so much for writing it.

For some reason I had thought that Severus had already admitted to liking 'the boy.' I don't think Severus should be the one to tell Ron and Hermione what had happened just because it is something Harry may need to talk to them about. Also, why didn't Severus mention Draco as one of the tormentors? He better still come to Hogwarts (although, hopefully a little less evil now that Lucius is a squib and OMG I just realized that Voldemort turned on Lucius. Does this mean that he rejects Draco too? Will Draco have to switch sides? Don't I wish.)
I assume Harry's wand was in Dumbledore's pocket, does he get this one back or am I wrong? I felt this one was special. Severus should let Harry have a dog. It doesn't need to be a puppy, I prefer adult dogs better anyway, and if it were a magical one, maybe it could assist him... sorry, tangeant. I'm sure you'll write everything wonderfully as you have been so I have no concerns.
You do SUCH a good job making both Severus and Harry believable. You're quite a wonderful writer!
I Love Lucius as a squib!!!
This may be my favorite chapter yet! I adore all the interaction between Severus and Harry!
Severus really is a wonderful guardian--Harry needs somebody who's overprotective. To be honest, I think in Harry's case, there's no such thing as being overprotective. I mean, Voldemort has Harry in his sights, and Harry is in great danger because of that. I have no doubts that Harry will be the victor in their ultimate confrontation, though.
It's just wondeful to see how far Harry and Severus have come, both in recovering from the horrific traumatic events earlier, and in their relationship with one another. And Severus admitted to himself that he 'liked' Harry. Guess he's not quite ready to call it 'love', but we know better.
I'm sad to think of this story ending, but I can't wait for the sequel.

Hi
i've only just found this and read it through today. its a really brilliant story. Can't wait to see how it develops.
Wonderful chapter. My favorite part was when Snape observed sleepy Harry and wondered if Harry would ever really relax in his sleep. I love mentions of little things like that.
