I read this ages ago on fanfiction.net and stumbled on it again on this site. It's such an amazing story! Really well written and I love how you write Snape. It's really convincing! Now I'm going to read the sequel!

I know it's been over three years since you finished this fic, but I hope you see this all the same. This was one of the first fics I read when I found this site, and it's by far one of the best I've ever read. I've re-read this story more times than I want to admit, and it never gets old. It's just so beautifully written. It takes a certain type of fic to make my heart ache, and there was a lot of that here, but in the best way. You captured Harry and Severus perfectly and it's just a breathtaking tale. Thank you so much.

I've read this story probably 5 or 6 times now and it never ceases to amaze me. It's almost a pity that it's fanfiction, because you've got something incredible here, as well as massive amounts of talent. It’s such a pleasure to read your work.
I loved this story! It had a very in depth plot that pulled me in and I couldn't stop reading until I'd finished. Congrats on a story well written.
This is definitely one of the most brilliant fics I have ever read. After reading it for the fourth time (I think), I decided to add it to my fanfiction favorites. Out of just over 4,000 fanfictions that I have read, its now one of the 11 that I recommend. Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a phenomenal fic, and giving us readers something to do.
