Yes! That was quite gratifying. From Severus getting the truth of it, to his Obliviating taem, then giving them a rather nasty nightmare curse - coming from Snape, it must be a really horrible one!!! Smirks.
And ow, on to Dumbledore.

Snape was a lot more in control at the Dursley's than I would have been - but then he's used to maintaining his cool in the most extreme circumstances. I love this view of him; you've kept him his snarky self...

Poor Dursley's they were Obliviated, good Severus added in a nightmare curse!

Excellent variation on this theme of a Snape visit to the Dursleys. Understated but effective. Your understanding of how Snape's Slytherin mind works shows in the choices you have him make here. He keeps his control and never loses focus of his goals, despite his wish for vindication. The line "the womb from whence the Slug's manners were born" was perfect! So was his slipping in a nightmare hex...even the most perfect control has its limits and it fits the rule about not getting caught! Overall a great chapter.

What an excellent story. Your write very well, I am enjoying reading this.
You have wonderful internal monologues for Snape, I can absolutely picture Alan Rickman saying that in his head. I enjoy your dialect between Snape and the Bloody Baron, it's usually an interesting interplay.

Go Snape, GO!!! I'm so proud of your Snape. He appears to be seeing reason rather quickly. I hope he hexes Dumbledore's balls off.
FINALLY! WOOOHOOO! I've been waiting for this chapter for so long. Agh, I LOVED it. I laughed particularly hard when Snape grabbed Uncle Vernon's finger and wouldn't let go. He so deserved it, the jerk.
Harry falling asleep in Snape's office was cute :D I don't know that it was meant to be that way, but some part of me went, "Awww. Poor kid is tired enough to fall asleep in SNAPE'S office. He must be pretty dang tired." Lol. I like Snape's "Good night, Harry's" etc... they're subtle, yet so crucial to showing how he's not so judgmental towards Harry.
Can't wait for more :D
