Another great chapter. I especially like the idea here that Hermione and Harry can still be friends, even without Gryffindor.
I also like how much you are bringing the Bloody Baron into the story. Don't see that too often, but I love it.
Can't wait for more!
My own opinion of Dumbledore (after seven books,) is that he'd rather make you jump through flaming hoops than let you walk around the obstacle. Why level with someone when you can manipulate them?
I love this story!! I really like the premise it's based on, and I love the characterisation of all the characters, especially Harry and Snape! And this has to be the first fic I've ever read that has the Bloody Baron playing a major role...
Are we sure Dumbledore isn't part Slytherin himself?
Another great chapter, and I especially enjoyed seeing Harry and Hermione getting to know one another better. It would be awesome to see Harry bridge some the gap between Gryffindor and Slytherin.
And his intense reaction to being accused of cheating really makes sense once you know his history with the Dursleys.
Hope you're feeling better now!

Hi, I read your story and I'm absolutely fond of it. The only thing that leaves me wondering is, if firsties are able to do spells to determine a magical signature. Well anyway, I love your story and hope there will be many more wonderful chaps. Your Melfdragon

That was awesome!!! I loved the chapter and hope you are alright. Anyway, way to go!!!!
Haha. I like your end notes there.
I was pleased to see Snape continuing to be softened by Harry. I know there's some good in there... or, rather there COULD be if only he was kneaded into it. I don't ever think this version of Snape would become a softy, or even remotely close, like in some of your other stories, but I can't wait for him to be openly nice. Heh. Can't wait.
Looking forward to more! Hope you're feeling better, as well.
