Reviews For Better Be Slytherin!
Thanks, some friend.
This chapter was fun, Harry really enjoyed his Christmas and had lots of surprises. I really hope someday Harry and Ron will become friends (that fight really sucked), it would be truly great, less tension (and I like Ron). That last scene was intense! Harry sure got some more inspiration to study Occlumacy. I'm very curious about how the lessons will go down as well as the run-in with the mirror, so I hope to see the next chapter soon :).
Author's Response: Thanks for the review, kreacher! One thing is sure about Occlumency: it won't be as bad as in canon, at least interpersonally.
Author's Response: Yeah, no doubt about it, that Occlumency will be a lot different this time around. Thanks for the review!
Author's Response: Thank you! I hope to have a new chapter out soon.
Author's Response: Thanks!
I am very excited for the Occlumency lessons. I really like the Baron in this story, though I think I've told you before. It was so sweet when Snape came to Harry's rescue. Loved that bit. And loved the book with the pics for Harry from Snape. ANd that Harry was so happy about it. It was a great read. Thanks so much, and I hope you will feel all right. Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, the Baron is one of those unmined characters that I've decided to, uh, mine for this story. Like Teddy and Millie -- and a host of other unexplored Slytherins -- there's plenty more to them than what JKR presented.
Author's Response: Thanks! I do enjoy writing about the Baron -- he's one of those characters I can play with a lot, because there's so little written about him in canon.
I liked seeing the incident between Ron and Snape from Harry's perspective. And the whole part about Harry's gifts was great as well. I liked his reaction to the cloak and the way he thought of Snape. Author's Response: Thanks for the review and the well wishes, too. I'm hoping to get on a bit of a faster update schedule this summer. We'll see. :-) |
