Reviews For Better Be Slytherin!
Author's Response: Thanks!
I'm glad to see Ron beginning to come around. I like Harry's Slytherin friends a lot, but I like Ron and Hermione too, and it's good for him to have friends in both Houses. I felt so sad for Harry when he saw his family in the Mirror of Erised. That's always been one of the most poignant scenes in the whole saga to me, and I really like how you added the extended family and not only his parents. And Severus, too, with him and James apparently getting along. I love how Harry is considering Severus as part of his family, and it's a nice counterpoint to the fact that Severus also feels paternal towards Harry. But hopefully, Harry can have Severus as a parent figure in this universe. Fantastic job as always! Author's Response: Harry seeing his extended family in the mirror of Erised is in the original, actually. I took the description from the book almost whole cloth. But the bit about Severus, obviously that was me. :-) Ron and he will certainly be more civil after this experience, and yes, it's good for Harry to have friends in both (maybe even all) Houses. That's what the Hat says, anyway, lol. THank you for reviewing, Kristeh, as always.
Author's Response: Thank you. It seemed very natural to add Snape in to the picture Harry desired, of a real family who wanted him. We'll see what we can do about making that real.
brilliant chap! i like these occlumency lessons MUCH better. Author's Response: The lessons certainly are easier on Harry this way! Thanks for reviewing, skrewt!
Author's Response: Thanks! That seemed natural to me, that Harry would desire such an outcome.
