Yes!! Go Poppy - she knows that Severus has a huge blind (rage) spot where Potters are concerned (and why!), so I'm glad she's helped start a fire under him with regards to Harry's situation!! I'm hoping that the Dursleys' are in for a major Snape!Smiting!!
Poor Harry's being so brave, but he really does need someone in his corner!!

Thank you for having Snape clue in to Harry's problems sooner rather than later. Even as much as he thinks he despises the child, he has too much (supposed) experience with children from abusive homes to have been oblivious to Harry's blatant clues much longer. Brilliant! Keep 'em coming.

Excellent written story. Poor Harry. I could just imagine his reaction to going to the nurse.
:-) Excellent. 'Bout time Severus pulled his head out of his ass. Oh God, now I feel all sad for the poor owl. Dudley probably shot it with his air rifle, didn't he? I hope Severus avenges Harry AND the bird soon.

I'm glad you chose this one to update next even though you'd only just posted the previous chapter. Harry's situation felt so tense in the previous chapter and it was good to see that Snape was more aware and concerned that Harry (and maybe even Snape) supposed.
