Alright, you've won me over. I guess it would take a lot for Snape to change his behavior.
I'm rather enjoying this less cruel Snape and am looking forward to reading about how their relationship progresses.

I think this version of Snape is much more of an arse than he is in some of your other stories. Probably just my personal tenets, but I'm having a hard time understanding how Harry manages to keep his cool with the bastard.
I truly adore your stories, BTW. It can be really hard to find decent, well written Severitus fics with three dimensional characters. I wish you had a list of favorites on here - or fanfic.net. Do you, perhaps, have a list of recs you'd be willing to share? Helese2010 AT gmail DOT com

I'm making a wild guess. You're American, and don't have anyone britpicking your story! The original name of Book Two is Philosopher's Stone, but they changed the name for the American edition, because someone had the bright idea, that American kids wouldn't know what "philosopher" means.
