In all seriousness, this truly is a great start, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter, when hopefully more will be revealed and explained.
I wonder why there was no letter for Sirius (as she couldn't have known whether he would still be around or not), seeing how he is perhaps the most likely to need to be reminded not to do anything rash.
Interesting start so far. I hope Lily's tale will be fully explained in the next chapter or two to help clarify the reason Harry is Snape's son. Pretty good start and update again soon!
