I really liked the confrontation between Severus and Harry. It must still be somewhat of a struggle for Severus, trying to figure out when to act like a brother and when to possess more authority as Harry's professor. I love how you've created that bit of tension.

    Great chapter!

    Author's Response:

*squeel* Yay! someone understood what I was going for in that scene!

*smooths down shirt and readjust hair while calmly sitting back down to type* Anyway, I'm glad you liked that scene, at first I was going to have it go in a completely different direction, then I was going to have Sev. yell at Harry, but somehow I typed this instead and...*smiles* I'm glad you liked it. Thanks again!

    Thanks for the review!

I think you left us wanting more and more very soon. I love that all the Snape men are dangerous. I think its funny that Tobias doesn't want to talk about his past to a former death eater.

    Author's Response:

Thanks, I'm glad you like the story. I promise to update ASAP. Also, as everyone will find out latter, its not that Tobias doesn't want to talk about his past, just that he can't.

    Thanks for the review!

Tobias is an interesting character, but really, Severus and he are only interested in each other, aren't they? Apparently Harry counts only as the little brother and son they can pat on the head and order to be a good boy. They ignore his questions, won't tell him anything he should know and when he gets angry, they abandon him telling him they won't allow 'temper tantrums' thereby completely denying the validity of his feelings.

Honestly, I am surprised Harry is still standing for it, but I guess the thrill of having a family that doesn't beat him is too exciting for him to realize that he is allowed to be his own person and that when the Wizarding World forces a destiny on him, he is allowed a say in how he fulfills it. What do they plan to do, keep him locked up with his schoolbooks and then put him under an Imperius to finish off Voldemort in exactly the way they want him to? They don't seem to be above it, judging from earlier in your stories.

    Author's Response:

I realize I'm leaving Harry out a lot for now, but he will come into play more soon as well Tobias and Severus's actions towards him. I'm trying to portray Tobias as a loving and wise character, but he doesn't know everything and his experiences with raising Severus aren't helping much with Harry. (I hinted about that in the last story) As for Severus, he doesn't know anything. At least when it comes to children and especially his younger brother.

As the story progresses all three will learn very valuable lessons. I can't say any more then that without giving the story away.

Thanks for the review and I hope you enjoy the story.
