I love your story! Just two quick critiques so I can get back to reading. Quite vs. Quiet, Quiet as in silence, Harry had to be quiet as he crept down the hall. Quite, as in more so, Harry was quite sure about what he'd seen.
Then, "In fact you should be mortified." In this chapter from Tobias to Severus. I'm pretty sure you didn't want Tobias telling Snape he should be embarrassed. I mean it's possible...but unlikely. You probably want terrified.
Other than that, excellent work!

Oh no, please don't give up! There is only few stories about Severus and Harry being brothers and of all of them your is the best! I love your Tobias, the way he's treating his sons and how Harry and Severus are interacting as brothers. I hope you'll update soon.
