Why did he do that, I would have thought he'd be glad to be out of there with the bottles.

Author's Response: Well, because he was basically screwed either way.  I suppose I'm trying a Harry-is-attempting-to-be-accountable approach.  :)

I loved it. Simply said: It was fantastic. You portray Harry's feeling beautifully. And when Snape didn't say anything about the vial...I loved it. Write more as soon as you can please.

    Author's Response:

*blushes*  Wow, thank you for such a wonderful review!  Harry is a character that I've always been able to relate to really well, home-life aside, and I love writing emotion realstically.

The fact that Snape said nothing about the vials is going to matter a great deal in their growing relationship.

I'm flattered that you're enjoying my story, and I promise that I will write the next chapter as soon as I can :)

Oh, the tension! Very well written. I was almost sweating along with Harry. The dramatic beginning with Snape standing by the door with his arm out across it really set the tone for the evening. Harry must be so relieved to have given the stolen ingredients back. What now though, as it is obvious that not only did he deliberately blow up a cauldron, but he was in possession of stolen goods? Waiting anxiously for the next chapter.....I'm certain you will need a break from the stress and confusion of a wedding to get away and type like mad for a bit, just to let off some steam, you know.....
    Really enjoying your story,
    Quinn

    Author's Response:

Thank you so much for your review!  And I know what you mean about the tension thing...I started on this chapter around 8:00 last night and didn't stop until I reached the end of it around 11:00.  I couldn't even leave myself hanging.  lol.

Yes, Harry has gotten himself into a tight spot.  However, Snape's dismissal of the ingredients, and Harry's honesty should balance things out a bit.  I struggled in deciding whether or not Harry should give himself up or not but inevitably decided that he should.  Many angst-filled, guilt-ridden chapters would be interesting...but this chapter is vital to the relationship between the two.

Thanks again for your kind words.  I'm really glad you're enjoying my story :)
