Reviews For Emerald Eyes
Loved the conflict between Ron and well, everyone! LOL! That boy does not do that whole worring thing well does he? LOL! Great chapter hon! Tracy
So, this story is doing REALLY well, it is so emotional and entertaining, intresting and eventful. Glad Ginny is helped. I can understand Ron's upset-ness, but that was unfair to poor Harry, gald he appologized. I think your blurp of Draco in chap 17 was fine, it wasn't a huge scene so I was absolutly fine with it. If Draco is not a main character that's good in my book, but I don't mind blurps. I'M SO SAD THE STORY IS COMMING TO AN END! PLEASE post a sequel after you finnish? And please post again soon! I love reading this story. Author's Response: LOL...it's quite all right. Everyone is busy, it seems. And I understand. I do appreciate you taking the time to leave me a review, however. So thank you :) This story has a several chapters to go, but I wanted to give everyone a 'heads up' that it is beginning to wind down. When I'm reading a story I love and am hit with a 'final chapter' notice at the last second, it's like being submerged in cold water...lol. Quite a shock. I didn't want to do that to everyone. As for a sequel, I'm wracking my brain...I promise. I suppose I'll have to see if enough people are interested in one before I chug forward with one, but just know that I'm keeping it in mind. Oh, and I'm really glad that you enjoyed the scene with Draco. ;) Thanks so much for the review, Beth!
I've been reading previous chapters in this story, and I've got to say you have done a fantastic job with continuity. You've development the characters, taking your time and paying close attention to dialogue and emotions. Nowhere did I think your rushed or cheated us out of a good scene. Write more. Author's Response: I suppose I've updated quickly lately, because I have no life at the moment. lol. I live with my sister right now while I'm working in Indianapolis, and it drives her crazy when I baricade myself in my room and just type away. She says I'm boring. Ha. Anyway, I think it's interesting that you've been reading previous chapters of this story, considering that I've reread your stories about twelve times each since you've posted them...lol. I randomly read chapters of ATAPTG when I can't sleep, and THWTF is just all-around entertaining... Obsessed much? *Sigh* Anyway, you know how much I appreciate your reviews :) Thanks for sticking with this story!
Predictions, hmm? I can definitely see the fractionally more mellow Snape caving to Harry’s request and taking them up to the hospital wing but that sort of seems too easy. Maybe on the way down Harry hears the voice and can’t help but investigate. The book maybe in good hands but the ‘voice’ is still at large. How’d I do? Author's Response: Yes, Severus decided to use the closest office (Lockhart's) to get Ginny to the infirmary as fast as he could. Since the DADA office is the only one on the second floor, that's the one he had to use ;) I've been studying up on my rooms and floors of Hogwarts, I guess...lol. And yay, I loved the predictions! You may be right about mellow!Snape, but for the rest, I suppose I'll just have to update soon ;) Thanks so much for letting me know that you're still enjoying the story!
I am wondering what is going to happen to the basil (errr, big snake - librarians can't spell). I hate to see this end. Will there be a sequel??? Author's Response: Thank you for letting me know that you are reading and enjoying my story! Yes, Ron is pretty hard to take sometimes, and I think that's mainly because he doesn't really know how to express his emotions without flying off the handle. Basilisk is a funny word that took me forever to memorize, so don't feel bad...lol. ;) Perhaps if there is enough interest for a sequel, I'll think about it. I just don't have any ideas at the moment... Again, thank you for the review!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! It's interesting to compare Harry's and Snape's relationship from the first few chapters up to now. It's pretty gradual, and I didn't realize it until I went back and reread... ;) I'm so, so flattered that you enjoy my story so much! I'll update as soon as I can :) Thanks again! |
