I really must say I love this story. I've read it for the second time, though I must also say that I'm curious as to what happened to Watchful Eyes. this is one of the best snape personifications i´ve encountered.
wow... that was amazing lol i loved it.... cant wait to read the sequel!!!

Sorry, kinda late here and I'll prob figure this out on my own, but what year is this taking place?
Author's Response: If you check out the story summary up at the top, it says "Pre-POA" in the "takes place" section, but the incident with the exploding cauldron happened sometime in the fall of second year (Chamber of Secrets).

THE BEDSIDE SCENE IS FANTASTIC, IT IS SO FAMILIAR LIKE AS NATURAL A SON GET ON WITH HIS FATHER, I MEAN IT MAKE DEEP LOVE EMOTION BETWINE THE TWO MALE ,BUT IT IS VERY STRANGE TO READ ABOUT THE ICY-SNAPE HAVE A HEART AND WITH HARRY NOT LESS.

Let me just begin by saying that I LOVE this story!!!! It develops a relationship between Snape and Harry that is rare (because the two are usually at each others throats in the novels), but beautiful because Snape really cares for Harry, in a very parental way. I do feel sorry for Harry getting his mouth washed out with soap, but I think it was necessary to include Snape as a man who does not take back established rules and consequences if the rules are broken. I have never had the displeasure of this punishment happening to me too often, maybe only once or twice, but I remember my reaction; very similar to Harry's...BLECH!!!!
