You need either better self editing or a better beta; the grammatical errors obtrude. I say this because the basic drive is good-- I want to see you develop this. Thanks for your story.

Skittles??? The regular ones or the special ones like cotton candy? I guess that I can see Harry's problem. He's going from the frying pan into the fire as far as he knows. Snape has hated him (in canon) and now he's expected to live with him? Harry must think that it will be worse than the Dursley's. I wonder about Snape, too. For someone who is supposed to "know" about abused children, why is he going to land like a ton of bricks on Harry for how he treated Dumbledore? Harry has had no father and to suddenly have his worst nightmare act like one with no positive relationship to balance out the good with the bad is a recipe for an early suicide.
Author's Response: Who said he was going to land on Harry over how he spoke to Dumbledore...maybe it was about what Harry said in regards to himself *hinting*
