    Wow, another update!

Life has been a bit cruddy lately so it made me really happy to see updates. I was really surprised that one of the old woman turned out to be Tonks! That was a really cool surprise and makes me wonder whom else if alive? I really want to find out! Her comments make me worry about Lupin and other’s fates.

I'm also curious about the identity of the follower at the end of the chapter and if my suspicion is correct. Can't wait for the next chapter so I can see what will happen next!

Author's Response: You have to tell me who you suspect now you have said you have a suspect. I must know, or I will go mad. Thanks for the review, and I hope you continue to enjoy!

Ooh, this chapter was grim. I loved it. Some stories just seem to have an air around them, this one is dark. Like when yiou write about walking down an alley I imediantly imagine a dark one with no one in sight. It's slightly creepy but exciting the picture your story creates for me. I really enjoy it and seeing Tonks in this chapter was just lovely. Kinda wondering how the obliviate disapeared so quickly so she could see that it was Harry, boy who lived. It seemed rather fast to me but I'm glad she realized who it was. I wonder who the servent was in the end, hhhmm. Great job!

Author's Response: lol, so I have a character stepping from midday sun into an alley, and said alley is immediately dark? Not just well shadowed? Awesome! As to the Obliviate - I didn't consider it a quick disappearance. After all, the spell does remove a memory instantly...why would removing it return the memory just as quickly? I guess I can see why you could argue for a slow reintroduction, with the person gradually coming to terms with something new, but in this case I preferred the outright 'oh bugger' view. Besides, Tonks did have Harry standing right in front of her...which could be said to have been something of a factor in prodding her memory along.

Argh! What an ending to this chapter, you evil author. Now that was a twist--was that Snape? Is he playing triple agent? Sheesh! This was tense enough as it is, but this may just make it worse. ;-)

Author's Response: Heh, all will be revealed in good time. My evilnss extends into giving hint...I don't =P
