Wow! So many updates I missed!! This story is amazing. I'm really enjoying it - shadow is just perfect and Snape's dungeon seems so nice. The idea of the room in Malfoy manor was very intriguing - I thought it was a very effective method of torture, something Lucius would have had at his disposal. And Bellatrix was beautifully mad - more so, I think than in the books... The dark mark in the sky out the dungeon window was really creepy. Hope you update soon. (:

ugh.... is that good or bad??? i mean, it would be sweet if voldemort was rendered a squib, they could just finish him off, but would that turn harry evil or something?

*blink* Absorbing Voldy's powers? Interesting concept. You are no longer evil my dear. ^_^ I've enjoyed the plot so far and now am really curious about the storyline. Can't wait for the next one. Um, question: are they able to see the magic re-entering Harry's body with something like a life meter (video game style) beside him or something? Just curious.
Author's Response: Ah, good point, I knew I should stop playing World of Warcraft while writting ;-) No, actually, it's more like a "aura" color surrounding someone's body, visible only with a spell. Something Snape can also feel quite well, as in this story, he has the usefull talent of 'feeling' magic ! Not a major plot line, mind you, but something that is going to be useful to him in a next future !

Author's Response: Thank you ! My translator is taking a very well deserved christmas break in traslation, but she made me a wonderful surprise today... anyway, more news about the cat in a few days ;-)
Wow, this is interesting... does this mean that if Harry wanted, he could try to take Voldemort's powers too and weaken him? Or is it simply the powers Harry had received in his scar before? Either way, I'd be hesitant to take on such an evil person's powers.
I'm glad Harry has got his own magic back though, and that he has Snape there to help him through it all. It's great that he truly has someone he can depend on and feel safe with. Hopefully Harry will eventually realize that the illusions he had were just that, and that his friends are alive and no one is disappointed in him.
Anyways, as I always say, I look forward to reading more!
Author's Response: Yes, you got it, the link that Voldemort created to steal Harry's magic is getting back on him ! It was a stupid game really, to try this kind of thing with someone who shares your mind. But you're right too, it might not be a very good idea for Harry to go into this, though the thought is exciting, he is already striving with his new power ! and that is sure to put him in a dangerous situation if he tries, which Severus definetely won't appreciate. And yes, there is the problem of the illusions... ah, someone has his hands quite full here, certainly ;-)
