I just got caught up on the story, and I really enjoy reading this story! I just love Severus taking care of Harry. I wish I could read French so I could read the 41 chapters you have written so far!! :-) Can't wait for more!
Oh no, who died?! It wasn't Remus, was it? Hagrid, Hermione, the Weasleys?! *bursts into sudden tears* I'll just have to cross my fingers I guess and wait for your next update.
This chapter was full of intense moments, the emotions that both Harry and Snape felt were expressed wonderfully! I could really feel how desperate their situation was, and the sudden hope Harry felt when things finally seemed to die down. Awesome!
I'm very curious about what this new power level Harry has acquired, how will his magic behave now and will he have any trouble controlling it? To quote Olivander 'Very curious...' ;)
I really want to read the next chapter and find out what's going to happen! I'll be waiting in anticipation :D

I loved to writte this chapter, all the more that it will implie so much for the future ! as for Harry's powers, well, it won't be a major point, but yes, it will of course matter, in more than a way ! Next chapter is just published, so... a few answers there ;-)
Wonderful! I really ought to be sleeping as I have to get up and go to work in 6 hours, but I really needed to read this chapter. I loved everything about it. THe sacrificial magic was... (shaking my head, trying to find the right words)... I can't coherently explain how it made me feel, but its all good, I promise! I loved seeing Harry taking care of Severus and Sev telling HArry that he was Sev's cat, not matter what, just had me beaming. Now, I need to find out who has died. I hope it's not one of the Weasley's or Hermione. Bravo!
Author's Response: Oh, I'm really glad you liked it ! There are a few elements in this story ( 41 chapters now ) that I was proud of, but this one, the sacrificial idea, was from far my favorite, I couldn't wait to see the reactions here ! There will be a lot more about it, too. I hope you'll like what comes next ;-)

You would leave us with that final line? Wouldn't you. You've been such a wonderful person not doing that every chapter and here you sucker punch us at the end (btw--Such a line in my life is truly a love/hate relationship-It was truely perfect-no matter how much I complain!) That said, please don't take to long updating!

OMG Poor Harry and Snape! The effects of the new powers are going to be interesting. I can't wait to see what you do with that part of the plot. Here's my question: Why did Protego do what it did instead of what it 'normally' did? Was it because it was Harry and Snape? :) Can't wait to read the next chapter.
Author's Response: ahah ! The keyword here is 'Lily' ! and what Dumbledore said... it was not a normal ' protego', there was more in it ! But more explanations in next chapter, I promise ;-)
Oh no! What a terrible cliffie! I really enjoyed the chapter though and am excited about the protective magic that Snape cast over Harry. I wonder how long it will last and if it will save Harry in other situations. Great chapter--I can't wait to see what Harry can do with Voldemort's powers!
