I didn't find this part boring at all. I love the interaction and psychological stuff. :D

I don't know about "getting boring"! All stories have their ebb and flow, periods of intensity and calm. I liked it. Left me with a quiet smile--all good. Good interaction and excellent solution to the "Ron and Hermionie" problem.

Great chapter, patricularly heartfelt. Shadow's emotions and thoughts were realistic, and I can totaly invision a little black cat doing all of those!

As always, I loved it. I especially liked that Snape took Harry/Shadow to the Burrow to prove that his friends hadn't died. Can't wait to read more about the manor and see what happens when Harry gets back to Hogwarts.
Author's Response: thank you ! Snape actually know how to take things in hand when there is a problem like this. As for dealing with his own insecurities, though... that's another chapter! he is not so impatient about getting back to Hogwarts and letting Harry go right now!
