Moody is probably the only character who could realistically give Severus that lecture -- at least, and make it stick.

I love the developing "relationship" that Snape and Moody have! Who else can understand the profound loss that Snape has had? I sure hope that he can work out how to do his potions work again - so much of his identity is in this work, particularly now that his days as spy are gone!

I love how IC your Snape is in this story - what a wonderful chapter (and story!)

Hmmm, I suppose independent Snape would never consider an assistant or apprentice. Great story, but you don't seem to be giving Harry very many brain cells.

I must say I love the scene between Moody and Severus.

    Its perfect.

I've probably reread it a dozen times since it was first posted on ff.net and each time I love it more.

I can just see the look on Severus's face when Moody 'clouted' him upside the head. Priceless.

I love this story and I'm thrilled that you posted it here.

    Please update soon.
