In answer to your question in the Chapter End Notes, I would just leave it all under River of Dreams. It is easier for people like me who are tracking your progress. Thank you for not abandoning the story - it means a lot.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the chapter!!! A difficult talk for the professor and Harry, for sure - for someone lacking great heaps of sensitivity Severus did pretty good! I am keen to hear how the horcrux mission goes - and how Harry is going to deal with his own!
I also loved the first part of the chapter and Snape's snakey activities - what fun to read about!
With regards to the ultimate structure of the story - I would prefer it all one story, but will follow you however you decide to deal with it.

I am really enjoying this story. As to where to make separations, however, you should know that some of us are not familiar enough with the meaning behind the chapter titles for those to be important to us in the decision. I know it is important for you to feel comfortable with what you have written, but for some, it's the content of the chapters that is key.

Poor Harry, what a difficult burden to bear. I'm glad that he's feeling more comfortable again with Snape.
However you decide to present part three, is fine with me, as long as you continue with it.
