Great chapter—and great point that Lucius must know that his son was used. He will surely be wary at the least.
I'm glad Snape was there to stop Dumbledore from forcing Harry to bare his Mark.

Both guys really must be relieved to finally be freed from that bond! I'm not sure I want to know what Draco's grin was about... lol.
Poor Harry, I'm glad he didn't have to show the Mark to everyone, that'd be very uncomfortable. I have this nagging feeling that somehow, someway, Hogwarts and the rest of the Wizarding community is going to find out about it though... Good thing he has his friend's support, they'll help him get through whatever.
Can't wait to read more! I'll continue to R&R :)

I like the ambivalence you've created in Harry about the Dark Mark and his throat nearly being slit. He continues to surprise by coping so well.
