Reviews For A Shocking Discovery
Author's Response: Oh well, one more review is better than none. Thank you. I would love to have an example of where you think HArry is out of character. Perhaps it is something I need to attend to, though no-one else has commented. I am still writing and I do have another story, but not on this site. I'm not sure it qualifies, though I am beginning to think it does. I am also not sure whether I am allowed to give you a link to the story, but if you want to e-mail me, you are welcome. My e-mail address is: wrappedinharry@yahoo.com.au Might hear from you. ~LesleY~
Author's Response: Thanks for another lovely review. Very glad you enjoy it as much as you obviously are. Lesley
I suspected that Nott was the one that poisoned Harry, but why was Draco there? Did he help out in some way? Post more soon! Author's Response: Thank you Midnight Oil for your review, I am glad you like the way I allowed Sev to be HArry's father. I like reading Sev is HArry's father fics but the only down side of them is the fact that either lily or james are painted in a bad light. I LOVE the lily/james romance and I absolutely hate lily being a slut or cheating on james because they have a fight. I hate james being depicted as a womaniser...well you get my drift. Draco was at the meeting so he could be branded but also to see an example of exactly what happens when Volde is displeased. And Volde is already displeased with the Malfoys. Draco knew nothing of nott's plans to poison Harry. Hope you enjoy upcoming chapters. Lesley
Author's Response: Thank you, and I will. Lesley.
Harry's breakdown in this chapter is heartwrenching. How ironic that he thinks he would be better off dead since he is without parents when his real father stands inches away from him unable to speak truth but not longer unwilling to act for his son. Author's Response: Thank you for your awesome review!. It truly is humbling to know that I can write well enough to know that some people actually are clenching their jaws, or biting their nails or sitting on the edge of their seats wondering what is going to happen next. You have really taken the characters to heart and sharing everything they are botth going through. Thank you for that. And yes, I agree, it is ironic that Hary is so very down when happiness stands before him if he but knew it. But, the path to acceptance on both sides, for Sev still hasn't totally accepted the fact of Harry being his son, is going to be rocky. I hope you stay with me for the journey. Lesley. |
