Well, that was nice. I liked it, so sweet of Draco to apologise, I was pretty sure he would go to a guilt trip the moment he had looked sharply at Dumbledore at the mention of Severus and Harry not going back to Hogwarts.

I absolutely adored this chapter, especially the last scene.
Okay now you're just trying to make me cry. This is a great development. I hope that draco doesn't have to be a servant soon.

Contrary to most people's opinion I think Harry should NOT go as himself to the ball. If he is in disguise he can test the pupils' attitude towards "Harry" yet avoid a direct confrontation. Should he feel so he can still show himself later and if not no harm will be done. The most important thing is to encourage him to go out again at all.
Brilliant writing as always. Can't wait for the next instalment!
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, I agree with what you said about Harry going in disguise. Of course I know why people want so much for him to go as himself, but Harry has such strong feelings against going out as himself that I think it would be unrealistic for him to just suddenly change his mind without something drastic happening. And yeah, right now, just getting him out from Prince Hall at all is a big step. But I do have plans for the Yule Ball, so we'll see what happens there.

Dear Kristeh, I noticed that you were having some trouble from the shoutbox and that you deleted a chapter that had some reviews. Since it happened recently enough, I was able to go in and find the probable chapter ID number, and find the orphaned reviews. I have added them to this chapter, so none of them should be lost now. Sometimes the more popular stories show an error when they are updated, even though the chapter posts correctly. If you ever see an error it is a good idea to go to the story index page and see if the chapter was added before trying to upload again.
