    OMFGoodness!
I am a normal, relatively undamaged person and this would have me flipping out. Harry, as a boy who feels like he's never been in control in his life and having been subjected to the Dursleys as their house-elf, is going to have a meltdown. I can sense it.

Now it was time to wake Potter and destroy his life. LOl, that comment seemed so casual, do you normaly destroy peoples lifes in your stories? (wink) Great job, that would of been a very funny joke on Snape to tell him Harry is his slave, lol.

Author's Response: Thank you!  Do I normally destroy characters' lives?  Well, not as much as some authors, I think, lol.

Hi. I know i reviewed you before. But while i was reading it again, some questions came to mind. Will harry tell sev what the dursleys did to him in the past?
And i noticed you mentioned how angry severus had been after the pensieve incedent. (sorry for any spelling errors, grammer and spelling aren't my best traits.)Back to the question, was that a hint that Sev's going to get
    R-E-A-L-L-Y! ANGRY?
And my last question, in one of your other reviews you mentioned that Sev, Albus, and Harry were the only ones who were going to know about Harry's slavery to Severus, besides Poppy. But what about all of Harry's friends? Is Harry going to tell them or are they going to find out on there own?
    Just wondering.
Thanks for reading. And again, GREAT JOB ON THIS STORY AS WELL AS POTIONS PROFESSOR. THEY'RE BOTH WICKED GOOD. I recommended them to my sister too. She also likes this stuff.

    Author's Response:

Hi to you, too, and I'll try to answer your questions.  There may be some spoilers for the story.

    ***Spoiler warning***

Yes, Harry will tell Severus about the Dursleys eventually.  I'm not sure exactly when yet, but at some point.  Severus will likely find out in bits and pieces rather than everything all at once.

About the Pensieve...yes, there will come a time when Severus gets really angry with Harry, but not directly related to the Pensieve, though the Pensieve incident does have some influence on him.  But the time when he'll get really angry is more of a misunderstanding between him and Harry.

Harry's friends will learn about the slavery spell, probably before summer ends, but not for a while.  I think Harry's going to tell them.

    Thanks so much!

Poor Harry! And why isn't Malfoy being punished for this crime? Screw Dumbledore, this was malicious intent. Would love to see Harry kill himself or die ignoring Snape and have the wizarding world clean up their own mess realizing for once what they expected a boy to do for them. Seems Dumbledore has learned nothing from Sirius' death and his talk with Harry.

    Author's Response:

Thank you!  Wow, if Harry died, that would be a real downer of a story, for sure.  I hope you won't be too disappointed but I envision both Harry and Severus living extremely long, full lives.  It is unfair that Harry has so many burdens placed on him, though, especially at such a young age.

As for Draco, it's a tricky situation.  Dumbledore didn't say that Draco wouldn't be punished; he hasn't decided how to handle Draco yet.  Certainly Draco does deserve some very serious consequences for his actions, but at the same time, Dumbledore and Severus (and Harry will agree, too) think that the slavery spell should be kept a secret for as long as possible and from as many people as possible.  If Draco is formally charged with a crime, then that's going to mean a trial and publicity and next thing you know, the whole wizarding world knows that Harry is Severus' slave.  Definitely don't want Voldie and Death Eaters knowing about that.  Right now, even Draco doesn't know what the spell did, only Dumbledore, Severus, Harry, and Poppy know.  And they want to keep it that way for a while.

Even if Dumbledore expelled Draco from Hogwarts, which is what I had planned at first, there's a good chance of people eventually finding out why.  So Dumbledore knows that the situation has to be handled carefully, and he'd still considering his options.
