Reviews For Slave Child
Author's Response: Thank you! I know, crazy as it sounds, I'm finding it hard to write some of this, just because I feel so badly for Harry. But I just keep reminding myself that he'll be all right in the end. I do have plans for Draco, and it may not exactly be a 'punishment' per se, but he's in for a rough time, too.
Author's Response: Thank you! You're right about both Harry and Severus...they are still in shock and trying to come to terms with how their lives have changed.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm so happy you do! I have to admit, I love it too, lol!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you find Harry believable here. I know I would be very uncertain how to act in his position. No, Prince Hall isn't what he expected, and I'll try to update as soon as I can, but I do need to finish the next chapter for "Potions Professor" first.
Author's Response: Thank you! Oh, I think it's a safe bet that Severus will learn to tolerate Harry in the end. Glad you liked it!
AGAIN GREAT WORK! Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Author's Response: Thank you very much. Yeah, Harry is having a very difficult time now, poor kid.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you can understand how Harry feels now. I hope you will find it all interesting, I know I've got some scenes planned that I'm looking forward to writing, at least. I love Norie and Zan, too, and it's kind of funny, because I debated about whether to put them in the story at first, but I think they can help Harry a bit, especially now when Severus isn't ready to be there for him yet. And you're right, that it is hard for Severus, too, and not just because he's got to re-adjust the solitary lifestyle he's grown accustomed to, but because it is a moral dilemma for him. He doesn't want to have a slave, but he has to, and it's the 'Potter brat' that he can't stand, but he also can't help feeling twinges of sympathy for. He doesn't want to abuse Harry, and is trying to give him the respect that all people deserve, but he can't bring himself to be nice or gracious about it. Severus has a lot of room to grow here. |
