Reviews For Slave Child
Author's Response: Thank you! How will Harry decide not to kill himself? I think Severus may play a part in that!
Please please please update soon! Author's Response: Thank you! I'm going to work on Chapter 23 this weekend.
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, I think Harry could be perceptive, too, and he's been around Severus enough now to begin to get to understand him.
Author's Response: Thank you! Well, Harry thinks he's never going to see everyone again, because he's planning to kill himself very soon. He's made up his mind that he wants to go on to the afterlife to be with his parents and Sirius, so he won't see his friends again (or at least not until they die one day).
Author's Response: Thank you!
I am so desperate for Severus to find out what is bothering Harry. I really just want to shout at him to stop worrying about others' coming in between them and pay attention! Arg. LOL, sorry, you're story is sucking me in. The last line was my favorite. "...then we can go home." It's such a throw-awy line but it conveys everything. Severus truly does consider Harry to be his and his home to be THEIR HOME. I love it and I was also really glad to see Severus owning up to his mistakes. Harry, poor Harry, is so sad. It breaks me heart. :o( Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, the slavery spell is still a huge deal to Harry. He hasn't been dwelling on it so much lately, but that's because he's decided that he's going to go be with his parents and Sirius, so he's seeing the slavery spell as just very temporary. He's still very upset, but it's helped him to think it will all be over soon. Yes, Severus really does need to start picking up on the little abnormalities in Harry's behavior. He is so insecure and jealous that he didn't even think about how out of character it was for Harry to refuse to see his friends...he was just happy that he could take Harry home with him. And some of it, too, is just that he's so relieved about Voldemort's defeat and that Harry lived, that he's also lettting things slip by him that he might notice at another time. He's in for a rude awakening, isn't he? I loved the last line too. Having a real home and a real family is so important to Harry. He just can't see what's right in front of his nose.
And Severus apologized. Yay for that. You have really been writing very quickly. Not that I'm complaining. Just wow, so many chapters, with so many words, coming so fast. Just... wow. Author's Response: Thank you! Drawbacks may be just beginning to occur to Harry, but he really isn't going to dwell on them. His mind is made up and whatever the drawbacks, he's so desperate to be with his parents and Sirius that he'll just convince himself that it's worth it. Yep, my SC muse has been working overtime lately. I hope my other muses will join her. I've got another project I'm planning out and hoping for inspiration there, too.
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, it's all planned how Severus will find out and how he will react. In fact, this part of the story is the first part that came to me. It'll all be happening in the next few chapters.
Author's Response: Thank you!
Author's Response: Thank you! The suicide aspect will progress fairly far, but Severus will discover it pretty soon. |
