Reviews For Slave Child
I completely love this chapter! So so so awesome. The way you have portrayed Ron and Hermione, they are a bit OOC but I like them like this too! I would have copied and pasted the entire conversation, but I settled for my favourite line. (Quite difficult to choose.) Author's Response: I've always loved Ron and Hermione! Who wouldn't want to have such loyal friends who will always be there for you? Harry was very fortunate to have the two of them.
Is there ANY chance that there will be a happy ending with a way to reverse the curse, but Snape adopting Harry, or at least still taking care of him even though he is not a slave anymore. C'mon, the poor kid deserves a break!!! I have to keep a box of tissues beside me everytime I read this story!! Author's Response: Oh, thank you! I'm very happy you're enjoying it, even if it does make you keep the tissues handy. >>>Is there ANY chance that there will be a happy ending with a way to reverse the curse, but Snape adopting Harry, or at least still taking care of him even though he is not a slave anymore. Mmm, well, the slavery issue will not be fully resolved until the sequel, but there has been some foreshadowing of how it will work out!
I agree with Ron and Hermione, Draco has gotten off too easily, and what will he learn from it? He owes Harry reparation and a personal apology, maybe even being his slave for a week to drive home the consequences of his actions. Being let off with a slap on the wrist which detentions are, will teach him nothing. Malfoy needs to loose something he highly values. Author's Response: Thank you! I enjoy writing Ron and Hermione. As for Draco, I have to grin at your comments because I think you're reading my mind, lol! I completely agree about him!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm very happy you're enjoying it. It is an interesting question about Severus, but I don't know if he'd agree to try something like that because it is so risky...trying to bring someone back doesn't always work, and as much as he wants his freedom, Harry would never want to risk losing Severus for it. That may come up in the sequel. As for Draco, I have plans for him, but I admit that probably some people won't like it...some might say it's pure revenge or too harsh, others might not think it's harsh enough. It will be a case of the punishment fitting the crime, though.
Author's Response: Thank you! Oh, that could be lots of fun if Hermione and Ron went all out! I don't know if I'm creative enough to write it well, though. We'll see...Ron and Hermione, and Severus too for that matter, aren't going to be too happy with Draco, that's for sure. But Harry does have a point, I thought, too.
Author's Response: Thank you! I love writing Harry and Severus together (obviously, huh?), but I like writing the Trio, too. I love Hermione and Ron. I'll try to update again in a few days.
Author's Response: Thank you!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm happy you liked it!
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, poor Harry...he does have a hard time believing that anyone really loves him because he feels unworthy, deep inside. But Severus, Ron, and Hermione will do their best to convince him otherwise.
Author's Response: Thank you! Yes, that's what Severus was thinking too. He knew that Harry really wanted his friends, but was afraid of having to tell them about the spell, so he decided he would do it for him. |
