Reviews For Slave Child
Author's Response: Thank you! Yeah, Harry has always been blessed to have such wonderful friends. And though his life still has difficulties, he does have even more people who care for him now as well. Thanks again.
Great chapter, I enjoyed the Severus/Ron interaction, you're very good at hinting at various strands of the characters' personalities, giving a sense of complexity that makes your portrayal deep and realistic. Author's Response: Thank you so much! >>>you're very good at hinting at various strands of the characters' personalities, giving a sense of complexity that makes your portrayal deep and realistic. Wow, what a lovely compliment! *Blushing* I don't think I deserve it, but thank you! I try, at least.
Author's Response: Thank you! Yeah, it does all take time, but they're getting there. Thanks again. I'll try to work on the next chapter soon.
Author's Response: Thank you! They just might end up back at Hogwarts, at some point, don't give up. Thanks again.
Aw, I kind of felt sorry for Draco though. I hope that Harry realises that Draco feels left out. Great chapter Kristeh. I can't wait for the next one, and I really hope that Harry and Severus decides to go back to Hogwarts again. Or at least the Yule Ball. Author's Response: Thanks, Pandora! I'm glad you liked the conversation with Severus and Ron; you know I struggled with it. And yeah, Severus is the perfect person to judge the situation, and since he's been getting on better with Harry's friends, I thought Ron might get up the courage to speak with him. Yeah, I think Harry will realize what's going on with Draco soon. The question is will he be able to bring Ron, Hermione, and Draco together, especially as none of them are terribly willing. I'm looking forward to another chapter from you as well!
Author's Response: Thanks, Kim! I'm glad you feel the same way about Ron! I really love him and hate to see him bashed. He's not perfect and there were times I wanted to shake him in canon, but you're right that he tries to fix his mistakes and make up for them. He does have a good heart. >>>I normally dislike Draco quite a bit but you made me wish I could be there to make him feel better. Lol, I'm going to convert you yet! Draco certainly isn't perfect either, far from it, but if you look at the childhood he's had and who his parents are, it would be a miracle if he didn't have some problems. But Draco has the potential to change, especially once he's in a healthier environment. I think anyway. Thanks again.
