This was a charming story and a fun read. It's also proof that a story doesn't have to be fifty chapters long to be a good one. I don't think that the characters are OOC. Living through a war changes the way the survivors react to things, so Severus' acceptance of events and the knowledge that Harry is actually his son and Harry's accepting Sev as his father are not problematic.

Very interesting! I don't think I've ever read a DH compliant pre-epilogue story before, and I really liked it. The last line really got to me, though - fantastic work!
