I like how Snape maneuvered Harry into giving the information he sought, though I hope it leads to a change in approach!
Well, there went any hope of trusting each other. They seem to be at an impasse. Maybe Harry will make out better with the texts for now.
Snape becoming detached and formal at the end helped a great deal I think to reestablish his position as a teacher and responsible adult. :)

Wow! Really great story with an interesting and unique twist on Occlumency. Usually, these stories have Harry deciding he was wrong and immediately mastering Occlumency. In your story, Harry's got some maturing to do as well. I just can't wait to read more:)
