Reviews For Hide Yourself Away
-P.G. Author's Response: Then you'll love the next chapter, it has lots of baby Harry in it. And if you like little Harry stories, you should read my Never Again series, it's all about Harry as a toddler and a small child, it starts with a thirteen month old Harry, Lily, and Severus in Where Shadows Go. Thanks for rreading!
Author's Response: yeah, this was a sad part, the two of them have some issues to work out.
Author's Response: Thank you, I think the emotional parts are one of my strengths, I like to make my readers FEEL things.
BUT he cannot help that he did not know he was the boys dad dumbledore should have done more - he really should trying to picture them all at target is hilarious Author's Response: I know, I started laughing when I wrote that . . .man if I ever saw Sev and Harry pushing a cart, i think I'd just die right there! And you know how Sev is, he feels guilty over things he cannot help, much like another relation you know! And Dumbledore was a manipulative old goat!
Author's Response: Yes, he does and thanks again!
"It's all right, son. Cry if you need to, I won't drown." I found that so gorgeously sweet. And now I'm crying, blast you! :) Thanks so much for the beautiful story, I love it! -Elise Author's Response: Aww, I know, I'm a sucker for writing those tearjerker scenes. And there will be more to come soon!
Author's Response: You're so welcome! And I'll be posting a lot more up here today and tomorrow since I'm going on vacation for two weeks and I don't want to leave all of you hanging!
Author's Response: Thanks and I hope you like what else I'm going to do with this fic, it's mainly one about having a family and the relationship between a father and son. I plan on you learning about Sev's past as well as Harry's.
Author's Response: Thank you for saying so!! You made my day!
Author's Response: Thanks so much and I'l glad you're enjoying this. I tried to do something different with them, since most of the other stories have them fighting like cats and dogs before they finally decide to get along, but to me that would be unrealistic here, given the circumstances. Yes, Severus was strict and nasty to Harry in class, but he wasn't abusive like the Dursleys and therefore Harry can get past it and see his father in a different light, as Poppy encouraged him to do. After all, he's the only family Harry has that's willing to care for him, and he did have a reason for acting that way. |
