Damn it Harry! You should know better than that! Your dad only wants to protect you because he would be devastated if he lost you. I know that if snape were my dad he'd be the same way but the difference between Harry and I is that I would obey him.
Rrrrrg! Again with the cliffie? You played your readers well, didn't you...then again, so did I :P.
Author's Response: You sure did! And it wouldn't be fun without them!
I think what would make this story better is if your Remus was less like your Snape. I think you've got Snape's personality perfect, but your Remus seems to strict. I feel like he should be more of a follower and a less strict disciplinarian. He even referred to Aria as a 'disrespectful brat' in the chapter and I don't think Remus would ever call children brats. I guess I'd just like to see more of a difference between Sev and Remus' personalities.
On the scarier side of things, I think Sev is going to really angry next chapter, uh-oh...
-P.G.
Author's Response: If he does that's because he's patterning himself after Severus, if you'll remember at the beginning of this story, Remus asked Sev for advice on parenting and he told him kids need rules and consistency and so he is trying to act like Severus since the kids seem to get into so much trouble.
Can I hide? that was great!
Author's Response: Yeah, I'd be hiding too! LOL!

Oh damn. Things are getting tense. Much as I understand Remus here, I totally agree with Aria. I'd have held my chin up too and IMO Moony ran out of arguments there and dished out punishment as a last resort. Abusing authority, that's sad.
Author's Response: Well, actually Remus does have a valid point--the Malfoys ARE a very influential family, especially with Fudge toadying to Lucius like he does and Remus knows as a werewolf he can be tossed aside like that if the Ministry demands he be removed from his job, so he is trying to protect her as best he can. Plus, she was being a little mouthy and Remus got a bit hot under the collar.
yikes
aria has a point but man if she expresses that opinion too loudly she will find herself being executed or sent to azkaban
I am glad draco did not get the satisfaction he was looking for and in fact got in trouble
Remus explained thigs very well to harry and I hope it sunk in
KIDS
Author's Response: It did, but too late to do any good! It's always nice to see Draco get in trouble, he certainly deserves it!
oh dear severus is back, can't be good for harry
Author's Response: It isn't, not at all! Just wait and see!

Great chapter--wonderful suspense. That deadly soft voice of a parent always bodes ill for the child. *shudders in remembrance* I sure as hell don't envy Harry right now, I tell you that right now. I look forward to your next chapter--hopefully this will drive the point home to Harry. There's nothin' like a seriously stingin' backside plus grounding to help--I can tell you that personally. *grins* I am thinking with hope, he won't try to lie his way out of it?
Author's Response: No, he won't lie, he KNOWS what that would get him and he's hoping that Severus will be merciful . . .a little! And yes, you're right about the voice . . .it was when they weren't screaming at you that you KNEW you were dead and nothing except God was gonna save you. As Harry will learn much to his sorrow!

Dum De Dum Dum! I can just hear the music now . . .Sev's going to nail Harry's butt to a wall. And well he should! Please up date soon! Love it!
Author's Response: Yes and doesn't it sound frightening? Poor Harry! Oh well, he does deserve it!
ooh boy, harry's gonna be one sorry boy when his dad gets through with him! Loved the way you had Remus scold him too and Aria also, those kids need to be reined in in a big way! Hurry and write the next one--I can't wait!
Author's Response: I will and thank you for the review!
