Not dead quite yet. But Malfoy did earn it by threatening Rosie. Never threaten another person's animal, especially one who is Snape's son and has his temper.
Author's Response: You are so right. Harry will not tolerate anyone hurting his beagle . . .neither would I, for that matter. But Sev can't let that go, even though he might feel the same way. BTW, have you seen I have updated RPM again.

Author's Response: For once, yes. Though usually he would be quite annoyed at Harry for defending Snape. But this time the others are acting like total idiots.
Cuddly puppy ^.^ . It appears you're mostly sticking to canon for this story. But we'll see. After all, the story is over so I don't have to wonder about it.
Author's Response: yes, for the most part I am, but there will still be plenty of strange plot twists to keep you guessing! Don;t you just love Rosie? She's such a sweetie.

Awesome description for a plainly awesome witch. Does our Harry have a crush now? The apology seemed real enough. But actions speak louder then words. Oy, Sybill, wake up! Great first chapter to a story.
Author's Response: Oh you better believe he does! And Aria will continue to surprise you, she's got very unusual talents. They do indeed, as Sev knows well. Yeah Sybill, go take a nap somewhere else! LOL! By the way I've updated RPM, so you can see some more of HG/DM and Sev "talks" to Draco and evil Pansy!
What an enjoyable fic. I really did like it and I really hope you continue. I'd love to hear about New Orleans, but romance is more my taste and I'd love to see you go into Harry and Aria's later years, like year 6 and 7 at Hogwarts and have the whole soul mate thing going on. Also, I'm wondering about Sirius and what will happen to him. You know, with Snape advising him, Harry wouldn't be so fast to rush to Sirius' rescue without thinking things through and he might not die because of it. I'd really like to see Harry get to know Sirius more.

Author's Response: In New Orleans waits plenty of romance and adventure, since it's during the summer I can create my own plotlines without worrying about following canon too much and it should be a fun read. You're right about Sev's teachings and perhaps Sirius will get a chance to speak more with Harry after he returns to school and I don't plan on having him die this time around.
I loved the awkward teenage moment between Harry and Aria when she said she liked his butt just the way it was, lol. I hope you keep going with this series because I really like it and would love to see those two fall in love. I am correct in assuming that they are soul mates, right? It seemed like that was what you were going for when you had them look at one another at the beginning.

It would be really great if Black could be proven innocent somehow... I wish they'd give him a trial.

Author's Response: Yes, but they need to get Pettigrew first for evidence before they can prove Sirius is innocent. I'm glad you liked my patronuses, I tried to make them different from the book to reflect their different memories.
